1. Observing the Window
An order may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, and a full refund follows; past 24 hours cancellation may not be possible, since the order may already have been processed or shipped. The cut-off runs from the time of purchase.
2. Requesting the Cancellation
Contact the customer service team immediately, quoting your Order Number; support then verifies the status of that order and confirms whether it remains eligible for cancellation. Nothing is cancelled until that confirmation is given.
3. Processing the Refund
An approved cancellation is refunded to the original payment method used at purchase. Allow 7–14 business days for that refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
