This shipping policy applies to every order you place on this website for delivery inside Malaysia; it governs coverage, preparation time, transit time, charges and tracking for goods sold by FEELGOLD SDN. BHD. 202601014497 (1676595-U).
1. Establishing Coverage
Delivery is presently available in two areas:
Peninsular Malaysia covers all states.
East Malaysia covers Sabah & Sarawak.
2. Preparing the Order
Preparation is completed within 1–3 business days; that count excludes weekends and public holidays, so only working days are counted against it. On dispatch you are sent a confirmation email carrying the tracking information for your parcel.
3. Estimating Transit
Transit begins when the courier takes receipt of the parcel; overnight and next-day delivery are not offered. The windows below are what to plan against.
Those windows are estimates; courier operations, seasonal holidays and extreme weather can each extend them.
4. Applying Charges
Shipping is free: the standard shipping fee is waived on your order and absorbed at this end, which is what value is taken to mean here. One qualification applies — where an order is a bulk or specialised promotional one, a fee may still be calculated at checkout from total weight and destination, if applicable.
5. Tracking the Consignment
Tracking is issued without a request being needed: once the parcel is with the courier partner, a tracking number and a direct link are sent to you by email or SMS, and that link reports the parcel’s position in real time.
